Together we can keep the number of returns to a minimum and reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary packaging and transportation. Think responsibly, act accordingly. WAKE UP!

Even so, if one of our items doesn't fill you with joy upon receiving it, you have 30 calendar days* from the purchase of your order to request a return.

 

Refunds

How to request a return? Access our RETURNS PORTAL and follow the instructions

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 35 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop.asia@thinkingmu.com.

*Return conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, or undamaged, and include all their tags.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
  • Our swimwear does not have a hygiene seal, so we appreciate if you try them on over your underwear. If they are returned with any kind of stain, they will not be accepted.
  • Returns and refunds may have a small additional cost depending on the shipping country and the return method. This cost will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
  • Check your country in the list below, under return options.
  • For returning items, you can reuse our double-seal shipping envelopes. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use any other properly sealed wrap to prevent the contents from being lost.

Return recommended options: 

Japan:

  • Japan Post EMS: ¥740 for a cost-effective option, available at post offices.
  • Yamato Trasnport: ¥2,750 with the convenience of home pickup or drop-off at service points.

South Korea:

  • EMS Korea: Est. price ₩19,300 for on-site visits or pickup requests.
  • UPS Korea: Est. price ₩65,916 for pickup services.

Taiwan:

  • EMS-TW: NT$190. This is the most convenient and trusted corporation, available at post offices.
  • DHL/UPS/FedEx: NT$1,387, offering home pickup or service point drop-offs for faster delivery (1-2 working days).

Please note

  • We do not offer home collection for returns.
  • We will keep you informed of the entire process via email.
  • If you paid with a gift card, the return amount will be refunded as credit to the gift card you used at the time of purchase.
  • The refund may take up to 30 days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method. If after this period you have not yet received the refund, please contact us. 
  • Shipping return cost must be paid by the purchasers. Price for recommended options are only as a reference. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
