SHIPPING 

  • FREE DELIVERY HONG KONG -  1 to 2 business days for orders above HKD$1,000 (or orders below cost HKD$45)
  • FREE DELIVERY TAIWAN -  2 to 3 business days for orders above NT$5,000 (or orders below cost NT$250)
  • FREE DELIVERY JAPAN - 3 to 5 business days for orders above ¥20,000 JPY (or orders below cost ¥2,500 JPY)
  • FREE DELIVERY SOUTH KOREA -  3 to 5 business days for  orders above ₩200,000 KRW  (or orders below cost ₩20,000 Won)

Conditions

  • Shippings are made Monday to Friday at 11 a.m. from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Orders made on the weekend will start to count on Monday at 8 a.m. in terms of delivery period.
  • The carrier will make one delivery attempt. If the attempt is unsuccessful, your order might be placed at a collection site so that you can pick it up within the following 7 days. After this period, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and its reprocessing will generate shipping costs, even if shipping fees were free of charge in the initial order.
  • Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to change the delivery address online. 
  • Orders are processed automatically and we cannot forward or delay delivery times.
  • In case any custom charges were required, these charges will be borne by the client in all cases.

 

Important

For shipments to outside of Hong Kong (SAR) areas, extra cost for customs duties and clearance fee may be applied depending on the regulations of the country of destination. Any extra shipping cost are to be paid by the buyer.  

 

RETURNS

Together we can keep the number of returns to a minimum and reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary packaging and transportation. Think responsibly, act accordingly. WAKE UP!

Even so, if one of our items doesn't fill you with joy upon receiving it, you have 30 calendar days* from the purchase of your order to request a return.

How to request a return? Access our RETURNS PORTAL and follow the instructions.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 35 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop.asia@thinkingmu.com.

 

Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, or undamaged, and include all their tags.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
  • Our swimwear does not have a hygiene seal, so we appreciate if you try them on over your underwear. If they are returned with any kind of stain, they will not be accepted.
  • Returns and refunds may have a small additional cost depending on the shipping country and the return method. This cost will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
  • Check your country in the list below, under return options.
  • For returning items, you can reuse our double-seal shipping envelopes. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use any other properly sealed wrap to prevent the contents from being lost.

Standard delivery*

  • South Korea: ₩20,000 Won
  • Hong Kong: HK$45
  • Japan: ¥2,500 JPY
  • Taiwan: NT$250 

Express delivery*

  • South Korea: ₩30,000 Won
  • Japan: ¥5,000 JPY
  • Taiwan: NT$800

Please note:

  • We do not offer home collection for returns.
  • We will keep you informed of the entire process via email.
  • If you paid with a gift card, the return amount will be refunded as credit to the gift card you used at the time of purchase.
  • The refund may take up to 30 days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method. If after this period you have not yet received the refund, please contact us. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
